Website update!

I hope you all have had an opportunity to check out the Family Child Care website! This bilingual site offers an opportunity to share news, information and ideas, access resources and connect with the family child care community. Some of the features include a training section showcasing the Family Child Care Training Program, research papers on capacity building and community development, downloadable resource sheets, a bulletin board, and much more!

Over the summer, we’ve added additional resources and features, including a toolbox of resources for trainers delivering the Family Child Care Training Program, In the Reading Room, additional resource sheets for the French site, and a photo gallery of family child care learning environments.

If you would like to submit your photographs for the photo gallery, please contact Jeanine Plamondon for further information.

We encourage all of you to view the recent updates and additions and participate on the bulletin boards, where family child care providers across Canada can communicate with one another, post their ideas and share their knowledge.

If you have a question or an idea for a resource and would like to share it with the family child care sector, please post it to the bulletin board, where registration is quick and easy; or forward it to Jeanine Plamondon.
