The Early Childhood Learning Knowledge Centre (ECLKC) is one of five knowledge centres created by the Canadian Council on Learning (CCL). The ECLKC is composed of a consortium of organizations led by the Centre of Excellence for Early Childhood Development.

The ECCDC is a community-based, non-profit organization working to help child care providers achieve their child care goals by offering resources, training and supports.
