The Early Childhood Learning Knowledge Centre (ECLKC) is one of five knowledge centres created by the Canadian Council on Learning (CCL). The ECLKC is composed of a consortium of organizations led by the Centre of Excellence for Early Childhood Development.

New! The current issue of CCL's Lessons in Learning has been prepared by the Early Childhood Learning Knowledge Centre and focuses on the benefits of unstructured play.  Read the full-length version of the paper, Let the Children Play, about the importance of learning through play in early childhood.

Early Childhood Community Development Centre
