News from Saskatchewan:
Saskatoon Family Child Care Home Association

This has been both an exciting and challenging year for us!  We have been working closely with the Saskatchewan Association of Childcare Homes in their quest to improve the conditions for the child care home providers of Saskatchewan.  We believe that changes are needed to improve child care across Canada.  We fully support the Saskatchewan Association of Childcare Homes in their effort to do this.  We have continued to provide educational opportunities to our members and social activities for the children.  To celebrate child care month, we are organizing a "Providers Night Out" for the child care professionals which will be held on May 24 th at Smile’s in Saskatoon at 6:00 pm.

We would like to take this opportunity to recognize all child care professionals and congratulate them for their ongoing dedication to providing quality care to our most precious citizens, the children of Canada. Congratulations!

To register and/or find out more about what is happening for child care month, including “Providers Night Out,” you may access the SECA website (www.skearlychildhoodassociation.ca) and look for Calendar of Events for Early Learning and Child Care Month.
